All prices are exclusive of bank charges, tax and / or any additional cost (if applicable).
Your ticket will be in the form of a unique barcode that will be sent to your email registered in www.woweventasia.com. The ticket will indicate the ticket category, quantity, name of the person who made the booking, date, and time of your visit.
If you purchase an Express Ticket, you are entitled to one (1) single entry to the exhibition anytime within the exhibition period from 23 December 2022 to 1 April 2023 during operation hours.
The exhibition will be held Level 3A, Tropicana Gardens Mall Convention Centre, No. 2A Persiaran Surian, Tropicana Indah, 47810 Petaling Jaya, Selangor (“the Venue”). Please show the unique barcode to the staff at the entrance of the exhibition to enter.
If you have purchased an Express Ticket, please proceed to the Express Lane and redeem your commemorative ticket.
Once tickets have been purchased, they are final and non-refundable. Any request to change exhibition visit date will not be entertained.
WOW Event Asia (“the Organiser”) will not be responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged or misplaced QR codes or tickets. No replacement shall be provided.
The Organiser’s ticketing system is a one-time check-in system. Therefore, every ticket can only be used one (1) time and visitors will not be allowed to exit and re-enter the exhibition.
Visitors may be asked to show their profile on the MySejahtera app. Visitors with red MySejahtera profiles (COVID-19 positive) will be denied entry and asked to leave the Venue immediately.
Visitors must wear masks and maintain social distancing while within and in the area surrounding the Venue.
All children under 11 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
Visitors with disabilities may use the lift to access the Venue.
All visitors shall be responsible for their own health and medical conditions. The Organiser will not be responsible for the medical condition of visitors before, during or after their visit to the exhibition.
All visitors are responsible for their personal belongings. The Organiser will not be responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged or misplaced belongings.
Visitors are not permitted to bring into the Venue any food, beverages (including alcoholic drinks), weapons in any form, cigarettes, lighters, sharp objects (such as knives, scissors, cutters, etc), pets, foldable chairs, oversized objects (such as luggage/suitcases, strollers, scooters, bicycles) and professional cameras and photography equipment (eg SLRs, DSLRs, tripods, flashes, reflectors, etc). The Organiser may inspect your bag before entry into the Venue. Use of professional cameras and photography equipment for photography, recording or otherwise is prohibited. For special permission, please email [email protected] to obtain mandatory written clearance.
Visitors are not allowed to use flashes, tripods and/or selfie sticks when taking pictures within the Venue.
Visitors are prohibited from smoking and littering within the Venue.
Only food bought within the Venue is permitted inside. Food from outside sources is not allowed within the Venue.
The Organiser shall have full discretion to postpone, reschedule and/or cancel the exhibition as the Organiser deems necessary, by way of notification to visitors. In these instances, the Organiser is not obliged to refund the price of your ticket or exchange for another exhibition, performance, or event.
There will be photographers and/or videographers that will document activities during the exhibition. By purchasing ticket(s) and entering the Venue, you acknowledge and consent to the aforementioned documentation which may capture your likeness, picture, appearance, and otherwise, and that you will not be entitled for any payment, compensation, and credit whatsoever in relation to the same.
By purchasing ticket(s) and entering the Venue, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and agree to comply with additional rules, directions as well as terms and conditions with respect to the exhibition as may be determined or amended by the Organiser from time to time.

If the event “The World of DC Exhibition” (“the Exhibition”) is cancelled by WOW Event Media Sdn Bhd (“WEA”), a cancellation notice (“the Notice”) shall be published on the WEA website. Any refund made by WEA due to such cancellation shall be limited to the ticket price received by WEA only, exclusive of any processing fee(s) and tax. WEA shall not be liable to make a refund beyond the amount that WEA received for a ticket under any circumstances.
WEA shall not be liable and is under no obligation to make any refund at all in the event of WEA and/or the licensor or venue owner of the Exhibition cancelling the Exhibition or any event thereof.
The Notice shall advise the correct procedure for requesting a refund and the period and time within which ticket buyer(s) may request for a refund as well as receipt of a refund.
Any refunds shall not be entertained if a request for a refund is made after the given period as stated in the Notice. Such un-refunded sums shall be dealt with at WEA’s sole discretion.
In the event of cancellation of the Exhibition or any event thereof, all tickets purchased shall be refunded to the ticket buyer(s) via online bank transfer only or any other refund method to be determined solely by WEA. The ticket buyer shall submit a photocopy of their identity card/passport and produce other valid supporting documents as required for the ticket refund.
The processing fee(s), applicable tax, and any courier charges incurred by WEA in the refund process (if any) are not refundable and shall be deducted from the sum to be refunded to the ticket buyer(s).
In the event of any ambiguity, uncertainty or dispute that may arise in respect of any provisions herein, the Notice and/or any other terms and conditions made by WEA from time to time in respect of the Exhibition, WEA shall have the sole and absolute discretion to decide on all such ambiguity, uncertainty or dispute. WEA’s decision on the same shall be final, conclusive and binding on all parties.
WEA reserves the right to vary any of the provisions herein or the Notice from time to time.
WEA shall not be liable whatsoever for any loss or damage incurred by ticket buyer(s) in connection with the cancellation of the Exhibition or any events thereof.
